AMC Home Services, LLC provides lawn care, home cleaning, and pressure washing services across the DFW Metroplex. Service availability may vary by location.

2. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings can be made through our website or by phone at 972-975-2695.

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as listed on our website.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before service may be subject to a fee.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide access to the service location at the scheduled time.

  • For lawn care and pressure washing, the area must be clear of obstacles and personal items.

  • For cleaning services, fragile or valuable items should be secured.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied, notify us within 24 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional cost.

6. Liability

  • AMC Home Services, LLC is insured, but we are not liable for pre-existing damage or issues unrelated to our services.

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by failure to follow our pre-service instructions (e.g., securing valuables, clearing service areas).

7. Website Use

  • All content on our website is the property of AMC Home Services, LLC and may not be copied, modified, or redistributed without permission.

  • We make reasonable efforts to keep our website accurate and up to date but do not guarantee error-free content.

8. Promotions

  • Promotions and discounts are valid for a limited time and subject to change without notice.

  • Only one promotion may be applied per service unless otherwise stated.

9. Privacy

10. Governing Law
